Job Description
Full-time position available for qualified individual to perform a variety of work for the housing authority.
Pre-employment drug screen required.
Position remains open until filled.
Responsibilities
- assisting with the overall maintenance and care of the apartment units, grounds, parking areas and common areas so they stay clean and orderly
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required plus two or more years’ experience in maintenance and grounds work
- Knowledge of general building maintenance practices required
- Valid driver’s license required
