Housing Quality Standards
Moline Housing Authority follows the HUD’s Housing Quality Standards for all inspections.
Initial inspections must be completed before a Housing Choice Voucher family may move into a unit with housing assistance. The unit must pass inspection before the housing assistance payments contract can begin.
Annual inspections must be completed before a year has elapsed. Notices of inspection will be sent by MHA.
