Hearing Requests

A Public Housing or HCV (Section 8) applicant who has been denied assistance or a reasonable accommodation may be entitled to an informal hearing. Hearing requests must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of MHA’s decision. MHA will schedule the hearing within 10 business days from the date of the request.
