Payment Authorization
Payment(s) through the Moline Housing Authority website may only be made with a credit card or debit card that we accept and that has been issued to you as the cardholder, and for which you have provided us with the information we require to process payments (“Card”). We may elect to accept or decline any credit card or debit card for any reason, in our sole discretion.
You are authorizing us to obtain payment of all sums you agree to incur at the time payment is made via charge(s) to the account accessed using the Card.
A receipt for each payment will be provided to you at the email address you have provided to us, and the charge will appear on the next periodic statement you receive for transactions on your Card.
If any payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payments may be processed on the next business day.
Payment Information
The Card information supplied at the time of payment is processed by our payment service provider (“Payment Processor”). We do not retain any information concerning the Card except for the type of Card, the last four digits, expiration date, name, and address . The Payment Processor may retain additional information concerning you and your Card. Use of the information by the Payment Processor is governed by the Payment Processor’s privacy policy.
Payments are made using the Payment Processor through a secure website. However, you acknowledge that your personal information, including without limitation Card information, transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to interception, misuse, hacking, theft and/or fraud.
Work Orders
Work Orders may be submitted through the Moline Housing Authority website. You acknowledge and agree by submitting a Work Order that information supplied at the time of the request will be retained for purposes of creating and completing the Work Order. The Moline Housing Authority may retain information on Work Orders for informational and record-keeping purposes, you acknowledge that your personal information, including without limitation your name, address, and scope of work requested, transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to interception, misuse, hacking, theft and/ or fraud.
Applications
Applications may be submitted through the Moline Housing Authority website. You acknowledge and agree by submitting an Application that information supplied at the time the Application is made will be retained for purposes of processing your Application and placing you on the Moline Housing Authority wait list. The Moline Housing Authority may retain information on you Application for informational and record-keeping purposes, you acknowledge that your personal information, including without limitation your name, address, email address, telephone number, and other applicable information, transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to interception, misuse, hacking, theft and/or fraud.
Customer Feedback
Customer Feedback may be submitted through the Moline Housing Authority website. You acknowledge and agree that information supplied in providing Customer Feedback will be retained for purposes of creating and implementing internal improvements to the services provided by Moline Housing Authority. The Moline Housing Authority may retain information provided in providing Customer Feedback for informational and record-keeping purposes, you acknowledge that your personal information, including without limitation your name, address, and scope of work requested, transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to interception, misuse, hacking, theft and/ or fraud.
