The Moline Housing Authority wishes to extend its congratulations and thanks to its newest Resident Advisor Board (RAB) appointee, Joni Feliksiak. Joni has lived in the quad city area over 30 years and at Spring Valley about 4 years. She has a special interest in promoting social events for MHA residents, and improving the community by getting involved and talking to residents. Joni is looking forward to providing resident input at the monthly board meetings.
